Cancellations

You can cancel your rental up to 48 hours before your delivery date for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery may receive a partial refund or no refund, depending on the situation.
No Refunds

No refunds will be given for:

Items returned late or damaged

Early returns (you return items before the rental period ends)

Missed deliveries due to no one being available
Damaged or Missing Items

If items are damaged or missing upon return, you may be charged a fee.
