Refund Policy

At The Tree Houston Rentals & More, we work hard to make sure you're happy with our services. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’re here to help.

Cancellations

  • You can cancel your rental up to 48 hours before your delivery date for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery may receive a partial refund or no refund, depending on the situation.

No Refunds

  • No refunds will be given for:

    • Items returned late or damaged

    • Early returns (you return items before the rental period ends)

  • Missed deliveries due to no one being available

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If items are damaged or missing upon return, you may be charged a fee.

  • If something arrives damaged, please contact us right away so we can make it right.
